Love can be so complicated. There are so many ways in which to love. We can choose how, but the outcomes of our choices also depend upon others. Love must become and be a 'we' or else it is just a deadend.

This a sad but also uplifting. You talk about how love can be great but then again how it can tear you apart. You seem to like love, but also fear it in away... I'm sure things will turn out well you the right love for you will come along.
