I Was In Love
It all happend so fast
My excitement, magical
Beyond the shores of the sea
I was in love
The only song I could sing
The melody that serenaded my heart
But it was not to be
So shortlived like a one minute man
Suddenly, I woke up from the dream
To face the painful sting of reality
And this too, like others
Ended before it started
It was just infatuation
