I Was Born A Lover Poem by Benjamin Chiu Uy

I Was Born A Lover

I Was Born A Lover

I was born of mountains, trees and songs,
I was dreaming forever,

It was a great fever of love,
It was never bored me watching the sky, and the sun is dancing,

I am the trees and blosoming wild flowers,
I am the susurrious brooks and these moving streams,

I never met God but I inherited his heart,

To be this pious pontificate nature believer, lovers of the Suns, the trees and poetry,
