I took a trip, I don't remember when
I dream of it now and again
It casts such memories in the mind
Where a mix of life can then unwind
Nowhere is there so much space
To be restored as commonplace
Left there until you need to recall
A winters day, or an Autumn fall
A word of kindness, quietly spoken
No sign of a precious moment broken
And in my trip I passed it all
Dreamt of things I now recall
To take my mind from all the harm
And light my heart and keep it warm
