My mind flashed back; To the day my heart sank as you left me in school for the very first time To the day, I cried when you stayed at a relative's house for a night - - - - - - - - - - - - - - To the time, you cried and begged God to heal you To the time, you kissed me for the last time
The poem touched me deeply and brought tears to my eyes- - - - Cried my heart out, seeing those hands trembling That once had fed me, dressed me and prayed for me Those eyes rolling back that had looked at me, dotingly Those pale silent lips, that had once kissed me and talked to me - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -(Part-1)
