Dear poet, your problem at this point in time seems involuntary. Have regular morning walks, take fresh air and relax. Furthermore, Yoga is the better solution. I think, these practices could help you instantly to get a little respite from this unwanted suffocation!

insomnia is satan's footprints intruding across our thoughts--- it seems to thankfully come in waves---we crawl through the sleep=deprived days until we crash and sleep long and deep, have a lucid day or two--then back onto the cycle== top marks for this poem
