I speak not
As I feel
Speaking is not essential
Silence speaks for itself
Even eyes speak
Speak thousand words my quivering lips
Unsaid words travel million miles
Sun speaks
Moon speaks
Speaks the thunderstorm
When hearts meet
Mouth says no words
Only the closeness knows
How louder is the heart
When it beats
Beating the loudness of sea-roars.
Such a nice poem! Sun speaks/ Moon speaks..each object of God' creation are speakers but the silence (personified) speaks louder than anything else traversing million miles..absolutely beautiful. I loved the piece of work
Thank you for reading and appreciating my poems. It is nice to meet Odia poets on PoemHunter page.
I could not complete the full comment of Bri Edwards due to strict word limit (300) set by Poem Hunter. I hope Poem Hunter would someday lift this restriction as it hampers the genuine flow of views while making a comment.(Part-4)
[[ Bharati's 'native language' is Odia, and it barely shows when she uses my 'native language', English. I guess she's had a lot of practice! ! ! Please check her poems out. ]](Part-3)
