The drama of civilization is a mock; . An apple forbidden, plucked, is daily added to my stock; . Losing paradise is my unsanctioned hobby . Despite the fight seems hard to win At my daily fall the devil grins; . Life’s a Gift not a Crime of Existence; . and last stanza is the most powerful one...u very beautifully worded the war btw wickedness n righteousness going on within us 27/7

Help me Lord to put up resistance Life’s a Gift not a Crime of Existence; Each time we fall into the mire of filth, a prayer from the inner core of our heart rises like coils of smoke of incense from a censer! If there is God's grace, we will be able to brave any storm.....! Great write Shahzia!

I say NO to the deadly deal Pour Your Grace and break my seal As where’s the wound which YOU can’t heal? ......you said it all in this concluding stanza. However the crime will remain one the evils in the society and can not be wishes away. Eloquent penning.

Life’s a Gift not a Crime of Existence. Violence in the world is totally undesirable and is avoidable. Hope the realization will come soon.

Since the creation we are committing mistake right from Adam and Eve. Subsequenly losing parsdise has become our unsanctioned hobby. we are repeating and repenting. But the grace of Almighty is always to heal our wound.10++++
