Whenever I see you
In my lost lonely mind
Tears shed of some kind
No longer to be found
Whenever I dream you
In such lost dreadful night
Dreams forever nightmares
Tomorrow never found
Whenever clouds obscuring
From God's bright sun rising
And me seizing the day
I savor The Oneness
I thank such One God
For my seven lives
Spared for I know what
Twilight years fought
A beautiful poem on life of a wonderful man of great faith and a grateful heart. Very touching and inspiring.
Rose Marie, I have always held great faith in Our Lord. And have been so very grateful for the lives that He has spared me. I promised Him that I would spread The Word. And I'm holding to that promise!
Many THX, LeeAnn for adding this one to your favourites!

I concur with the comments of M.J.Lemon. Beautifully expressed. To my favorites.
Hopefully, the real milestone(s) will come in 2023: the publication of The Kerouac Project. And what's been sitting on the backburner...the Thomas Merton Book. Many THX for adding this one to your favourites!
