Dear Prahbu Sir, As you noted Nishkama Karma is notFruitless actionBhagaavat Gita 2: 47 clarifies this: Karmmnye vadhikarasthe/ma bhaleshu kdachana/ma karmabhalahethur bhu: /ma te samgoastha karmani(You have right to do yur duty(action) not in result-bhaleshu-; It shold not be expecting result-(it implies the result naturally evolves.It is divine gift.We should not desire for it.etc.) .But you should not be disinterested in not doing your duty.] As T.S.Eliot's idea it is dissociation of sensibility in our action.
