I've just read your first poem posted here. it's so beautiful- it is well rhymed, it kindles emotions of love for mother, it leaves a sad, wistful feeling. 'The only place I can find Peace, comfort and love Is in the thought that you watch me From high up above' - may she have peace in heaven! Loved it very much.10/10 for this well written poem.

Thanks, I know what you are saying. Next year I will be the age my mother was when she died. It's unbelievable that I I have lived without her, for longer than I lived with her

Sad wistful poem... It expresses well the feeling when one's parents are gone. It's a simple sad cry.

There's none like one's mother. I urge you read a poem I posted yesterday: 'A Mother's Steel'. Wonderfully written.10/10...

Who can I turn to, Now that your gone? There's no one to hold me, While I cry all night long. Yes our loved ones watch us from above from the world of God and angels and saints. is it not very consoling. Faith helps us when we feel alone and in sorrow. liked this poem very much. tony

A poem is the best gift one can give a loved one who is no longer there; like a prayer as long as it's read!
