I'm Not Leaving A Legacy

I'm not leaving a legacy
Of material wealth or fame
But leaving a legacy of full fledged faith
Since I've trusted in Jesus name
I have an amount of answered prayer
That I treasure greatly
And I rehearse those precious prayers
I think the more so lately

Blest reminders of where I've been
And where I am today
It is a wondeful rrehearsal time
Those times when I did pray
I've had some glory Hallelujah's
I've seen some lost soul's saved
A result of sharing the gospel message
Now they're victor's over the grave

My children know those stories
They've heard them time and again
I hope they catch the flame of faith
In Jesus name amen
And each one humble themself as a child
And learn the gift of prayer
With the remembrance of my walk of faith
In the legacy that I shared!

Hallelujah what a Saviour!
