I Love To Dance With Life Poem by Aida Roque

I dance to every beat, tempo, largo, allegro
and often by an exact nimble in crescendo.
Music of life are playful, it flip or flop but,
you can choose to dance the ill beat of life.
Just go with the flow of life and you're good
to go, unwind with your summer wine and let
the tapping fingers and feet agreed to Latin
beat, focusing on the present moment,
in a cloud nine with summer wine.

Dance allows me to execute a wide varieties of
emotions, expressing an intoxicating dance in
rhapsody of excitement, in passionate ecstasy
of tango, in melancholic waltz, to a soothing
rhumba, you'll go gaga.I let my anger dance to
the beat, where I can release my stress and
twist, depending on the intensity of the drumbeat.
The rhythms of life sometimes, are exquisite.

Music of life has several moods, festive, lively
and even gloomy moods. A mischievous cha-
cha, a playful pachanga, a romantic Rhumba,
can releases all the spices in life. What is
wonderful about dancing, it definitely boost
mood and uplift spirit. It makes life easy, to
calm anxiety, a beautiful way of expressing,
how i can dance my blues away to celebrate life.
