I Love The Wasps In The Light Poem by Jacob Underwood

I Love The Wasps In The Light

A sweet melody carols from your caring
Yellow jackets in your eyes with lyres buzzing
Blues in your eyes contrast summers yellowing
Like bright daffodils drowned as its flooding

Or a nap in the morning goldenrod rays
press Each of my keys to brighten up the days
Your honeysuckle voice lacking deserved praise
I'll always follow your notes of underglaze

Orange nectar drips from my lips in waiting
Your kiss blesses me like I'm in need of saving
I'll never leave your side asleep in your wing
I'll never regret that we started dating

Your words in bloom as sweet and soft as meringues
And With your skin the color of refined clays
All of your merit leaving me in a daze
I love you more than anything in crossways

Like a fork in my heart as im lustrating
Your fuzzy little jawline so endearing
All of your traits rip it apart glance parting
Such a beautiful face Im stuck here wishing

So I know I could love you in countless ways
So Wishing I could live in your smiling maze
My landfill heart waits for your opaline gaze
Like looking into a fallen seasoned maize

For you My garbage heart breaks it's rust casing
And Craving your lust and love in grovelling
Your arms feel like a nights cold satin wrapping
wish I could stay in your arms till the ending

sit with you while the universe catches ablaze
Watch the glow on your beard dance in redspace
And feel nothing but comfort in your arm's haze
Slowly drift to sleep in the days fall in place
