In silence I lost my heart once again represents deep grief but joy is not so far in reading such a beautiful poem shared.
A very tender and poignant poem Valerie. Through your imagery you have explained the fruitless search for a loved one who is no longer here, yearning to feel their love once again. This undying pain of loss does ruin our rhythm of life, and yet, we have to move forward still searching for that love, maybe one day finding it in another.
