If ever I die
I'll be a little star in your vast blue sky,
During your bright days, when you'll be busy in your work
I'll wait anxiously for your come back
Like a newly wed bride in honeymoon
Draped in veil waiting for her bridegroom.

If ever I die
I'll be a little star in your vast blue sky,
During your dark hours
I'll twinkle and light your world with my unfading glare,
Listen patiently to your worries or cheer,
Even care your secrets that you never wish to share.

If ever I die
I'll be a little star in your vast blue sky
And when your weary eyes will be lost in deep slumber
I, without winking, will watch your dream world full of wonders
Ensuring your dreams to be soothing and sweeter!

So, even if I die, be sure
I'll be alive in your sky as a star
Maybe in the farthest corner
You may notice or ignore
It doesn't matter
I'll live forever!
