The poem, seemingly a simple one, expressing the love of a mother to her son. But it has the emotional make-up so deep, only a parent can understand. It is the presence of a son or daughter in our life, that would make our life wholesome, meaningful. It is his/her love for you, caring for you and a few words a day in our ears that make the world livable; life worth living. That add colors to one's life. Very Sombre and philosophical poem, that provokes thoughts on the very meaning of life, instills a lot of positive energy on the reader to ponder on and on. Great write.
