Lyn Paul, Thank you for your comment. Yes, I'm at peace, every suffering brings valuable lessons. I'm enjoying the fruit of past lessons. In my view, to constantly complain or expect a perfect life sets us up for depression and disappointment.

How beautiful, true and kind I feel your entire poem, thank you so much, these words keeps singing louder to me: " the road along with my load became lighter and lighter 'til one day I realized that the shadows were far behind, like some thick mysterious, ominous foe." I guess suffering and pain may help us find a special key that opens the door of unconditional love and happiness..
