I used to reside at the sea side town over a decade. I recall it was time I felt most joy but also most sorrow. But the sea was always there, same as ever, always seeming to say, 'it's alright. just let it be..I'm here with you..' I used to find great consolation and comfort at that seashore. The sand and soil felt like something from which I was created. I felt home at that shore.. Though English is only my second language, thru the poet sometimes the language seems to be my own..that's the reason i like Teasdale.
