i sent this to MyPoemList for the charm and cleverness of the storytelling, and for the rhymes. and because i could understand it. or did it have hidden meanings? ? ? ? though i don't care much for love poems, i especially loved the following lines: I loved my little pebble, Hoped it would love me too; But when it went, I understood That this could not be true. ...................................thanks for sharing.
