I Got It!
Look, Mom, I got it!
It gave me some pause;
did not run,
did not fight,
just laid in my paws!
Look, Mom, I got it!
I jumped from the floor
to the chair,
to the desk,
I hope you're not sore!
Look, Mom, I got it!
Now what do I do?
Can't eat it,
can't chase it;
I'll give it to you!
