There is nothing wrong with taking medicine that elevates ones mood if this is troubling you? ? I do it and for this reason I am much happier. Amazing poem!
Every body is unique and there is no need to conform to the standards set by others.If we try that we will always feel deficient and indulge in self loathing. It is good that you express your pains and bruises through a poem and you surely are a different person, unique and above mark.Congratulations for being selected as the Poet of the Day

Self loathing and alienation are two of the most painful feelings one deals with, that the knife feels like a release. Every human who cares and has compassion is a beautiful person. This is a painful read, because it is the tragedy of a cut soul that no band aid can fix. Good choice for poem of the day!
and still have the guts dare to say and to show that you don't feel well you compensate for that feeling with the cuts Beautiful but scary poem, I can't imagine that every time I feel something, I have to cut myself first. I have heard and read about other young girls, true eerie. For the second time have I read this excellent MPOTD that's why I comment again too.

Maybe you received a reply from me yesterday, but I think there was a failure with PoemHunter, so I'll give my answer once more. I wrote the poem for Siera, it is about her life. She writes poems about her life and her fantasies, but I had to express too the situation in which she is now. My poem is also a tribute to her and the way in which she keeps going.
