To actually say 'I don't care' is to make a statement of finality. If you can say it, then you can practice it. But to say 'I don't care' and then care a little is hipocritical. I care a lot about things and people, and I never say 'I don't care' when I know I do. But you are right tho. If we say it, we actully care enough to let the person know we don't care.
