I Do Not Want To Grow Up, Mummy Poem by Saniya Galeyeva

I Do Not Want To Grow Up, Mummy

I do not want to grow up, mummy.
I wish a had a magic wand
To make all people kind and happy,
To wipe off violence and fraud.

But how can I still be a girlie
When I do know about these things?
I have to grow up, to go further
And fight for my old childish dreams.

A very nice poem on how you don not want to grow up to face the many challenges of life and live a carefree life. Every one wish too. The world is going through a bad phase. It is very sad to watch people getting killed and bloodshed. It is better to remain a child and live as an innocent watcher. Thanks for sharing.
