Life never gave her a chance,
Darkness, a friend so close,
Her spirit, caged.
But one day, the sun rose on her heart and she knew,
Happiness is a road every man must find himself.
So she set her spirit free,
With courage in heart,
She dared to dream
Though you mock me,
I dare to dream
Of a better world
Where cameras seek a shot at me.
I dare to dream all the dreams you twisted in my hands,
I dare to live with my head, higher than the clouds,
I dare to laugh again.
I dare to dream when men will read my story
In history books
Long after I am gone
My name, remembered for a thousand years.
