It is the same 25th of April Ma left to reach the skies
And become a star who could be seen at night
Although Skyscrapers have hidden her out of my sight
This day it is very hard to resist the tears
Yet I have put up a brave front
As sympathy I do not want
Who cares for sympathy?
It is equal to apathy
I am tied by job responsibility
Although my soul cries and am weak torn to pieces
Will I be able to discharge properly my duty?
But am here hiding my tear
At times showing all am in a mood of cheers
Life is so difficult ma dear
I could not cry in front of your photo frame
All I could do is garland you with jasmine and what to say?
But I wanted to sit in front of your photo frame
This is life's game
