To have loved liked this I believe is quite rare. That incredible love that you had for so long was and is, still precious. Keep sharing and reminiscing. Love is absolutely beautiful if you find that true bond.

A lady love living in heaven can't be seen nearby by means except in dreams only to wake up with weepings! A great love of a lady who has passed away is nicely written by the poet here!

where true love is established it overcome time not only that if one is gone by nature or betrayal for ever another one it remains for ever, I think your poem echoes it...not only that this type memory is so dazzling that it seems it is just the incident of yesterday and then the power of it is felt..../anyway yours is a poem from deepest corner of heart....a purely subjective lyric......congratulations for poem of the day.

Having lost true love, awaking in an empty bed and the hurtings so true, must be very awdul to dear Poet Ronald. I do hope poems soften the pains, especially like this one. I have great respect for the poet for transposing his emotions in this ardent poem about a very precious loved one, but this beloved died too soonest.

A heart-wrenching poem, most beautifully worded. The poet is a true romanticus, but misses really his beloved partner as he is used to sleep under the same blanket. Unchangeable it seemed, deepest sadness and mournings we can read in this lloveliest poem ever read by me ever written by a man, very romantic. A TEN and much much more for the Voting. CONGRATULATIONS for The Poem of The Day, Ronald.
