and even Brahma, Vishnu and Mahesh, really resides within one's self. I like this, God is the indwelling not the out dwelling, masterful poem, the theme is timeless of the search for inner truth.
I burst into laughter whenever I hear that the fish is thirsty in water........fantastic beginning with lofty theme. It is a beautiful poem composed by Kabir.
God who is always within us is not seen by us. We keep on searching him in holy places afar like the musk deer wander searching musk. Poet Kabir is a wonderful gem of his period!

It is a gift, that the Supreme Indestructible Being reveals Himself to those who will humbly take the time to listen. To discover that we do not have to spend a lifetime searching for HIm, for He is Emmanuel, God with us.
Lovely devotional song. God resides in the heart of a man but he, not aware of the truth, wanders from place to place in His pursuit. Thanks.
