I Am You Poem by John Fenton Mcleish

I Am You

I do sow the seeds implanted in mind
Can never be erased does grow in time
Whether or not you believe what I say
I live in your brain and am there to stay

Injected into subconscious sleep
And awaiting right season to be reap'd
Hibernates in subterranean state
Then bursts forth fay slumber, surface does break

To delete me you must delete yourself
For I do penetrate in words by stealth
Inside I dwell, in your mentalscape land
A piece of your memory on command

Can you feel me growing inside of you
And there's not one single thing you can do
