Shamin, this is a great poem. This has a lot of emotion in it and sounds deep from the heart. It inspires me that I should write a poem to my country. Our Independence Day is July 4. It was brave of you to publish this in the face of so much political unrest. Thank you for sharing this excellent poem. Keep up your good work.

Really wonderful poem full of pure emotion and patriotic zeal. Your poem is the inner voice of people who want to contribute and solve the existing problems in his or her country and feels a guilt unless the country is saved. nice poem with some wonderful lines and thoughts.

Really nice expression that you've showed in your poem, full of patriotism and sense of belonging. Yes, of course, Pakistan has given them a name they call home but it is worthy to consider what they have given in return. I love my country but also the whole world, because of being a human being. No nation is bad or the people, but some of us create disturbance. I dare to ask the chieftains of Pakistan what is the problem to apply Islamic Laws there as it is known Islamic country. Nice poem and I wish you too GREAT MESSENGER OF PEACE.
