Deep down in my soul
Like a storm out of control
my thoughts are fighting
My mind wandering

So my soul cried out
to be heard, to be understood
Different questions all around
searching but cant be found

Is negativity dominating?
Is it me I'm hating? , oh no!
Deep down in my soul
I know I am in control

Time will tell, that I know
The evidence, that will show
The hurt, the pain, the past
In my life, it will never reign
