Leila, I love this poem. It highlights and speaks to the strength of women and to the strength of women living in Serbia, especially. The character or speaker in this poem, might be living in the real world, but she is a stranger to it at the same time because she remembers who she really is, A Hyperborean, An Atlantean, a person who can harness everything and celebrate in her existence in a world where not only does inequality NOT exist, but where virtually anything is possible. Of course all of this idealism, has a veil over it in that she lives in the real world, in Serbia, in fear. However, the poem still holds out hope in its repetitive lines: /I am a Hyperborean living in Serbian land./ I am an Atlantean living in Serbian land./ Well done. A powerful write! I love your references to ancient worlds and ancient literature. You challenge the reader.....
