each and every second women, girls, children.. worldwide, are violated and many of them are atrocely killed.. and not only frail women/girls, also toddlers / kids / men.. ''Homo Homini Lupus'' (man is a wolf to man) .. and the most innocent too often are the victims.. Thanks for sharing your passionate poem, Mary. It remembers all of us how important is to raise our voice against violence and support all those who are victims of violence.. Rapists and all those who use violence against the weakest are the dregs of humanity!

A very apt and elaboration of the women's concern all over the globe as on date. If it is not stopped immediate the existence of human race itself will be in a question. This is a powerful and passionate poem, and you raise your voice to support those who are victims of violence. You make it very, painfully clear that you or someone close could be a victim too. My heart goes out to you because you have to live in a climate of fear. It's hard enough doing what you should be doing: going to school, being a good daughter, a good friend, planning for a productive, generous life - accomplishing those goals is a full life! But dealing with unprovoked violence is a shame. You can't stop the violence alone or dispel the fear by yourself, but the poem you wrote and gave to the world is an eloquent statement of defiance against those who do evil to others. Don't back down! Thousands and thousands of us are your silent supporters.
