Happiness, to me, is a prolonged state, whereas joy, comes in discrete quanta. I try to recognize and take advantage of the little ones that pop up in even a boring or sad day
joyousness is my preferred state! why opt for other states? I guess bliss is not a bad state either! happy, joy, bliss, they are family!
