I Am Poem by Adam Smitherman

Oh yes I am.
I am in love.
Is this a gift from above?
I fell so hard.
But you picked me up.
And now I am in love.
With you.


You're so far away.
But that's ok.
Because I don't want to live this life without you.
All I needed was a new start.
But what I found was is a loving heart.3
And now I don't ever want to be apart.
We maybe separated.
And things may seem complicated.
But with this love that we have.
That just randomly accumulated.
We can learn to love each other more.
And learn to appreciate it.
I'm thinking of you.
And my heart just randomly accelerated.
You're my baby and my angel.
And I hate those goodbyes.
But when we live on opposite sides of the world.
My days are your nights.
I think about you each and every day.
Even when you're away.
I leave you these poems.
Every night when you're asleep.
So every time you wake up I know you're thinking of me.
