Hyosa Pavilion Poem by Kinsley Lee

Hyosa Pavilion

Ascending to the pavilion, the lake unfolds
In a single view away,
Tall buildings similar the folding screens,
While ducks quietly swim at midday.
As boats swiftly run the river, creating
The bubbles and ripples on lough.
The geese, once carriers of olden sentiments,
Are nowhere to be seen, now.
