Hymnology Poem by Benjamin Chiu Uy

Hymnology

Hymnology

What I am consist as an imaginary forces,
Alive with sensory perceptions,
alive with multiple personalities,

Front facing, inward assessing
and condescending,
conciliatory arrangements,

For the better part,
as a modern citizen
We trying to mix
into the world as requirements,

Fit into the world,
as this meaningless essence,

I can recall something
beyond medical protocols,
I'm a different procedure,
yet sometimes unsure participant,

Of this masquerading inhabitant,
of this lonely planet,

I can understand now,
This lonely bacteria
trying to form alliance,
with all sorts of host,

life impossible to sustain,
Or missed a mission to thrive,

And unutterly unknown dimension,
A life force seeking identity,
theology,
arsenal projectory,

an explanation who created us,
what motivate hymnology,
this whistling, howling,
and fighting in space,
