There should be a way that these people could be helped during these serious situations. There could be volunteers who would make certain that all people in the areas involved who are needing assistance would be alerted and assisted in evacuating.

0600am,7 September 2017. Hurricane Harvey brought mass destruction to Texas and now yet another, Hurricane Irma approaches Florida.

What a tragedy it is when people are ordered to evacuate and some are unable to do so, for the reasons stated in your poem! Sad indeed.
