Humanity's Vision Obscured Poem by Gio Masserati

Humanity's Vision Obscured

Can you see? Humanity? Guessing why?
Vision is obscured for your pleasure and protection
Respected boundaries, we need, yet will they ever be pleased?
Walls, in turn, Obstruct our Views...and Justice for All
Building walls...a Wall...The Wall
In more ways than one our vision is obscured
Whose log is in our eye, anyway, let's ask?
A question of human relations, lines blurred
Have we not been here before, in divided company
Divisions in government legislation and loyalties
Freedoms are bought at the highest price...power
Powers that be, unseen and invisible to naked eyes
Corruption runs rampant underneath the rhetoric
History lessons... we're repeating the same mistakes
Repeating yourself, wall wall wall, What the?

Will It ever learn?
What does it all mean?

Aloha Gio... Cheers Mate and Dito... to the repetitiousness of humanities apartheid! Here is a question: Name the country that if absolutely destroyed would in its destruction allow the entire remaining mess of humanity to live in peace forever? All of the best from this life, to you, and all of your relations... Michaelw1two
