Human Rights (Acrostic) Poem by Adookorn Auaduma

Human Rights (Acrostic)

hunger and grief rule today's world while
underhanded rulers stake the life of common
man with war and attrited economic policies
against all moral correctitude display with
nothing but glassy promises to impede the
road to free rein of speech and hearty living;
it's heart-wrenching that the common man is
gored with the horn of yoke but can't cry,
hiss or hum sigh of disapproval against
tyrannic scourgers that force the ruled to not
say a word till their skin sink in lair of weight!
