How To Change The World Poem by Benjamin Chiu Uy

How To Change The World

How To Change The World

Be liked Joan of Ark, Martin Luther King, but this time it's, not for war but unity,
And love for a country,

Be a Lennon song,
Imagine we came from one big mightytree,
And every one is a brother, or a sister,
An uncle or an extended family,

Imagine there's no religion, responsible countries,
Unselfish leaders, sharing of wealth and care,

One life we came, belong from the unknown unadorned with trinkets but with necessities,
One planet from a diasporas of stars,

Our one time life must be inspired by the teaching of
Jesus Christ,
Preserved like innate hope in our everlasting heart,

Good while it lasts for the good of all,
Humankind the last sentries and outposts for this wandering earth.
