How Love Progresses Poem by james watkin

How Love Progresses

A rhyming couplet, to move
The emotion along;
En route to what, flagrantly bare
Is borne up on a song.

Love, the queenly first conveyed
As a carriage within
When fully emerged, exalted;
A goddess; swan-riding.
