Lalatendu, I can feel the emotion behind the lines, but your ESL(?) problems really harm the poem. Maybe stop writing poetry in English for a while and focus on further mastering the language? You could even read lots of good contemporary poetry in English (Billy Collins, Mary Oliver) to help you improve as a poet.
