There is no substitute for maturity, consideration and wisdom And you, dear RoseAnn have all 3 and more because you are a poet and poets have an understanding that goes beyond common sense. You're poem is wonderful, clear, precise, respectful and deep. I happen to agree with everything you've said But then, come to think of it, Thank goodness, I have never been politically correct. Have thought about all you have said here many times but did not have the guts or talent to say it well. Thanks for saying it for me. I hope that all those, whether they agree or not will be respectful of your opinion, for that is what is called Democracy, the power to disagree, Respectfully. Great poem! Wish Mr. Trump could read it!
