Horse Riding In The Birth Of Summer Poem by Isadora Quagmire

Horse Riding In The Birth Of Summer

Rating: 5.0

The hills are fair, a verdant roll,
Where summer's breath is fresh and cool.
On horseback now, we take our flight,
Beneath the sun, a golden light.

My siblings near, a happy band,
Each on their steed, across the land.
Through fields of green, we softly tread,
Few finer joys, than this instead.

The breeze it whispers, light and free,
A perfect day, for you and me.
With brothers, sisters, side by side,
In summer's grace, we gently ride.
