There is hope away from home,
when all refugees live happily with enough food on the table,
With an abundance of water for all of us regardless of the settlement,
Bidibidi, Rhino camp, Imvepi and all other refugee camps and settlements around the world.
There's hope away from home,
When refugees share the same resources at schools like other children,
When our rights are not violated and we are not discriminated,
When our lives are valued and have access to medication when we fall sick.
There is hope away from home,
When our hearts are at peace and we all live in harmony,
When there is nothing and no one to threaten our families and friends,
Then we won't feel like outsiders but rather feel like we are at home.
