easy, clear, swift to the heart. So many emotions in a fast motion

deep in the shadows of my chest. It flickers - wan and pale striving to melt the ice clutching at my heart.....we always live in hope. everyday, everyhour we learn to build up hope and live in it.. thank u for this poem full of good expressions. tony
