Home is in your arms
not a place with four walls
home is your flesh and bones
to catch me when I fall
in this home is a heartbeat
that always keeps me warm
home is in your arms
a place that can weather any storm
but I can only visit
I can never stay
this home is always in a distance
so far far away

A sad poem, but home is where the heart is no matter where that is.
Thank you so much for reading this poem and commenting! Home is not a physical place and this poem was meant to express that.

There is no replacement for tangible warmth and that's the blueness your words seem crafted in.
It is very sad when you are homeless. Thank you CP for your comment.
