Holy Liñgam Poem by Mohammad Younus

Holy Liñgam

Under moon light,
On Kolahoi glacier,
An old Indian Sadhu,
Wearing a leather jacket,
Made of cow hides,
With a chisel in his hands,
Making a holy liñgam,
From an icicle,
Hanging from the sky,
The sun in it's fury,
Undoes his whole labour,
In this chilly season.
