I've read your lovely and expressive comments, and had to see what you're about. No one can tell your story like you can. And, in the case of an outstanding poet such as yourself, sometimes no one can tell someone else's story as well as you can. Thank you for this poem, and keep up the good work!
Loved the whole poem, such a beautiful true penning, my heart will sure remember this Just hold onto love And it will hold onto you Keep comming such cheesy offerings, this one for sure touched my heart and my brains alike. Thank you!
You may call it cheesy if you choose, after all you gave birth to it. I think that mankind is blessed by having its cheesier moments- gives them a degree of cute likability. I particularly liked your second stanza- - - - ] It lashes and squirms In words of fired exchanges And enters in cold wars Of cruel silent embracement's [- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - I like people who play with words. That's what they are there for!
That means a lot Miss Williams, I think your right that some of the best human moments come from the sincerity of a heart, I don't know if I was sincere when I wrote this, I was only thinking of a couple of friends who are going through a hard time in their relationship and wanted to write something for them to get through the storms.
thank you, its especially wonderful coming from a poet and a friend like you
One of the best poems I have ever read on love. Very moving and inspiring. Liked the closure lines. So nurturing and so very true. A great poem that will find its way to our hearts.
